The magnificent dirt roads of Sardinia are the next stage of action for the revolutionary reading system of the Easywrite course, represented in the Italian round of the World Championship scheduled this week by its brand ambassador Chris Ingram.
European champion 2019, at just 25 years old, the British baby prodigy already has numerous badges on his suit and with his credentials he represents an ideal testimonial for Easywrite. This season Chris, together with Ross Whittock, faces the demanding Wrc3 championship reserved for R2 cars, a very high level category in which the finest champions and professional drivers compete, aware that the challenge is of the highest level.
“That’s exactly how it is. The challenge in Wrc3 – says Ingram – is particularly demanding, but both Ross and I face it with enthusiasm, aware of being in a season of great apprenticeship for us. We want to progress race after race”.
And after the fifth place of Wrc3 in Croatia, the podium in Portugal arrived for the Easywrite crew, with a third place that bodes well for Sardinia.
“We have never seen the special sardines – says Ingram – and those who know them instead tell us about a challenging, technical path to be learned a little at a time. We won’t have much time to learn but we are confident: repeating a place on the podium would be fantastic”.
What does Ingram have to say about Easywrite?
“Which is a fantastic system, especially today, in a discipline where the space for reconnaissance is increasingly restricted. Easywrite is perfect for already experienced crews, who can hone their writing systems, but even more so for young people. I’m trying to start a rallying academy for very young people in the UK and Easywrite will be a fantastic tool for that!”.
